Many Ruiru families commute along the Thika Superhighway and leave the house empty from early morning to evening, which is exactly the window burglars like and the reason to consider alarm system installation in Ruiru. It means that if someone forces a door or window while you are away, the siren goes off and you know immediately.

Nerpax Systems supplies, installs and commissions intruder alarms for homes, apartments, shops and offices. We survey the layout and likely entry points, then fit a control panel, motion detectors, door and window contacts, an external siren and keypad. Panic buttons are useful for bedrooms, home offices and shop counters.

The panel sends alerts to your phone and keeps working on battery during outages. For estates, alarms can also alert the guard house. We set up zones for day and night use, test every sensor and train the household. Book a site visit to plan your alarm.

Serving Ruiru

Ruiru has become one of the fastest-growing towns on the Thika Superhighway, with Tatu City, Kamakis and the Eastern Bypass bringing gated communities, apartments, warehouses and new commercial centres. Developers need full electrical installations, metering and lighting, while landlords want intercoms, access control and CCTV for shared blocks. Industrial and logistics sites call for control panels, perimeter cameras and generator backup. Family homes ask for automated gates and electric fencing. Nerpax Systems supplies, installs and delivers across Ruiru.

Alarm System Installation in Ruiru: FAQs

Is an alarm useful in a gated community in Ruiru that already has guards?

Yes. Guards control the gate, but they cannot watch every house or back wall. An alarm protects the inside of your home and alerts you, and can also alert the guard house, so a response comes faster. It adds a layer that estate security alone cannot provide.

Can I install an alarm in a rented apartment?

Usually yes, with the landlord's agreement. Wireless alarm sensors need very little drilling or cabling and can be removed when you move out. We recommend a system that suits your unit and fit it neatly so it is easy to take with you later.
