CCTV package questions

Can a package be adjusted to suit my property?

Yes. The packages are starting points. After seeing the site we can add or remove cameras, change the camera type or increase storage, and the quote will reflect exactly what is installed.

Will I be able to view the cameras on my phone?

Yes, as long as the site has a working internet connection. We set up the viewing app during installation and show you how to watch live and recorded footage.

How many days of footage will the system keep?

It depends on the number of cameras, the recording quality and the size of the hard drive. We agree on the storage with you before installation and can increase it if you need to keep footage for longer.

Should I choose an IP or an analog system?

IP cameras give sharper images and are easier to expand later. HD analog systems cost less up front and work well for smaller homes and shops, or where coax cabling is already in place. We recommend one after looking at the site and what you need to see.
