Frequently asked questions
Do you do site visits before quoting?
Yes. For most installations we recommend a site visit so we can assess the layout, power supply and cabling routes before giving a final quote. You can book one online or call us to arrange a convenient time.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado, Machakos, Murang'a, Nyeri and Nakuru counties. Our base is in the Kikuyu area of Kiambu County.
Do you deliver materials?
Yes. We deliver to all the counties we serve, using our own vehicle or a courier. You can also arrange to pick up your order.
How can I pay?
We accept M-Pesa and bank transfer. Payment terms for installation projects are set out clearly in your quote before any work starts.
